When FNB partnered with Red Window, FNB was one of just a few locally owned banks in Oxford, Mississippi—and today is the only locally owned bank. To serve their growth, Red Window and FNB developed a marketing strategy to spread and reinforce FNB’s positioning as “The Friendly Neighborhood Bank,” emphasizing the bank’s strengths in customer care, responsiveness, account products, banking technology, and convenience, among other aspects

The program has driven FNB’s social media content to expand its reach and engagement, including through use of Red Window-produced video content. Through its partnership with Red Window, FNB has built a thriving social media presence that has enabled it to tell the many stories it has to communicate, all driving home FNB’s truly “local” point of difference.

Together, the pieces of the FNB program work strongly together to drive new consumer and business accounts, loans and continued social reach, both to retain and enhance the banking experience for established customers and to attract younger customers.
