As a provider of equipment and supplies for long-term care facilities, MD Medical Services needed to respond swiftly to new challenges and opportunities presented by the Covid-19 pandemic.

The company partnered with Red Window to build out a website that defined its services and put the people behind the company front and center. With the Red Window team, the company produced explainer videos that could substitute for in-person customer calls while facilities were closed to visitors.
