As Maury County, Tennessee, experienced rapid growth just south of Nashville, local employers faced a challenge: not enough workers to fill expanding job opportunities. The Maury County Chamber and Economic Alliance partnered with Red Window to develop a workforce development campaign that would support long-term recruitment.

Inspired by the community’s warmth and character, we shaped a creative vision that centered on its people—not just its amenities. We worked closely with local leaders to build a campaign that wove together stories and personalities from across the county, helping the Alliance tell a compelling story to prospective residents.
