Karen Kurr’s company produces made-from-scratch frozen meals developed around a simple mission: Making it easier for busy families to come together around the table.

No Time 2 Cook grew out of the collection of recipes that Kurr developed for her own family. In 2005, she began to cook, freeze and sell meals at local markets in Oxford, Mississippi. The company grew to achieve placement in major grocery stores’ frozen foods aisles and enjoyed strong brand awareness in the North Mississippi region.

As the brand expanded into cities where it was not yet known, Kurr partnered with Red Window to help spark demand. The team identified and engaged social media micro-influencers whose content fit the brand’s mission and who had engaged followings among its target audience.

The company’s partnership with Red Window also helped No Time 2 Cook build followers and engagement on its own social media channels, including increasing the brand’s Instagram reach 162% over 30 days and increasing traffic to the brand’s website from the target market by more than 40%.
