Right Track Medical Group

Launched in 2017, Right Track Medical Group is a physician-led company focused on increasing access to outpatient mental healthcare across Mississippi. The organization employs psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners and licensed therapists who work as a team to treat common mental health needs like anxiety and depression.

In opening locations across Mississippi, Right Track needed to establish initial brand awareness and online search visibility in each new market. The company needed to help potential patients and referral partners understand its outpatient care model, in contrast to the inpatient and crisis mental health services more common in the region. An adjacent goal was addressing the stigma around mental illness and normalizing its treatment.

Right Track’s founding CEO, Billy Young, partnered with Red Window to establish the new company’s branding and digital presence, including the website and its visibility in search. The partnership enabled Right Track to leverage its experts’ knowledge to build brand awareness through articles, resources and a branded podcast about mental health in the South.

Red Window supported the company with a fully integrated communications program as it opened 11 clinic locations. An essential element of the partnership has been its flexibility to evolve around the company’s stages of growth — including through a pandemic that has made mental health a more urgent topic than ever.
