Extend your team with added capacity and expertise

The marketing and communications team from the University of Mississippi needed additional capacity to support research centers, institutes, and special initiatives across campus, including a major website redevelopment.

  • As an approved and trained vendor, Red Window worked with both the central team and individual units to refine messaging, develop site structures, and create content within the university’s systems and brand standards. Mark a milestone and build momentum for the future

For its 130th anniversary, Palmer Home for Children saw an opportunity to do more than celebrate — it aimed to align its messaging, elevate its visibility, and create momentum for future growth. The organization’s marketing and communications team partnered with Red Window to turn this milestone into a strategic, coordinated, yearlong campaign that could be carried across channels and audiences.

  • Red Window worked alongside Palmer Home’s marketing team to plan and execute integrated campaigns spanning video storytelling, design, advertising, and strategic messaging. Anchored by the theme 130 Years of Hope: The Stories of Palmer Home, the campaign provided a clear framework for content and outreach — helping the team stay consistent, extend their internal capacity and engage supporters in a more sustained and strategic way.

Build a new brand with early awareness

Roundabout Oxford RV Resort & Water Park introduced a new concept to the market and set out to build awareness ahead of its opening. The team focused on clearly defining the experience and generating early interest with the right audiences.

  • Red Window worked as an extension of the Roundabout team to shape the brand, messaging, and visual identity, translating the concept into something people could understand and connect with. We focused on positioning the destination in a way that felt both distinctive to Oxford and relevant to modern families and visitors.

Through naming, content, and early audience development, we helped establish a strong presence ahead of launch, building interest and engagement that carried into opening and supported long-term growth.

This work helped establish a unified and consistent brand, strengthening its presence in the market and supporting continued growth across the region.
